Hi, Try using another known working compatible charger or connect a charge cable to the USB port of a turned on computer and check if it shows that it is now charging OK. The charge cable seems to be a standard USB to micro USB cable so a lot of mobile phones chargers would be suitable. If it still doesn’t charge and if it is brand new, contact the seller and get a replacement Nabi tablet
