When ssomeone is calling i can’t hear team talking but when i switch to loud speaker mode i could hear them
Mine too, and to make matters worse the ringer doesn’t stay muted so I have to turn my phone completely off whenever I’m at work. I tried to make use of manufacturers warranty only for them to try and give me a refurbished phone…. Someone else’s problem. I’ve just decided to buy a new phone… especially insight of the FBI’s warning regarding ZTE phones.
My earpiece went out too and when I called ZTE for warranty process they told me it would be 10-20 days after they received it before they would either replace or repair, then another 7-10 days shipping back. I can’t be without a phone for a month due to work. Don’t buy a ZTE!
