Hi @ras4442015 , You can buy compatible chargers (examples only) that are suitable for the phone. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for ZTE Z982 charger, to get results If using one of these doesn’t solve the problem it may be a problem with the charge port in the phone.
