Chosen Solution
I was on my Xbox and then all of the sudden my Xbox shuts off, and my controller loses connection .I go to turn it back on. I click the button but it doesn’t respond or even make a sound. I’ve unpluged the TV, the Xbox, and I know for a fact it is not a display problem. Dose any one know how to fix it, If so can you help me?
If it has no lights or fans then its probably not getting power. I would check the power supply and test it. Update (01/02/2018) Also there is another thread Why won’t my One turn on?that has a lot of solutions.
