My Tv Won T Turn On Tcl Television

I have a Roku tv and just suddenly won’t turn on. Checked batteries in remote. Hit reset button. I have a red light below the screen so it’s getting power but even when I try to turn it on with manual button on the right of the tv it still won’t turn on. Help please. Much appreciated.

i have a roku tv in my kid’s room and it sometimes does this. The only way to get it to turn back on is to unplug it for about 5 minutes and plug it back in. Hope it works for you as well.

After 2 months we finally had to have the company tcl replace the TV. It was actually replaced 2x 75in roku tv
