Hello, I recently bought a broken Teac A-106 in hopes to fix it but after putting the belt on my tapes keep spilling I believe it’s because the left resell doesn’t move when I play the cassette but I don’t know what the problem would be. Any help would be helpful. Thanks !
Did you replace both belts? Make sure the capstan belt is on in the correct position. I could be in the rewind position. Not sure that would make the tape just spew out but I would make sure it is in the correct position first.
