well the first thing to do is to try to see if a reset will fix the issue just turn it off and then on again. if this does not work then it may be a good idea if you have the know how and are very careful to take the screen off and look at the cables connecting the screen to the device and see if they are plugged in correctly or if they are damaged. if you do not feel that you can take it apart yourself then have someone who can a prefessional maybe look at it for you. if you discover that the issue is the screen and it is not fixable then you may have to order a new screen and get it put on.
