my speaker fell about a metre (foot and a half) onto carpet at home now there is distortion at the upper end of the volume control and problems connecting to bluetooth is it a goner, or can i replace the motherboard or something? thanks!
@sazbatz , sarah , I will post a link below showing how to take the speaker apart so you can open and see if it may just be a loose connector for volume control and Bluetooth antenna or if other issues . Parts do not look ready available yet. If not comfortable taken the device apart and repairing, take into a good computer repair shop have them take a look, diagnose and estimate repair. Good luck.
