My Skull Candy Bluetooth Earbuds Won T Charge Skullcandy Jib

My Skull candy Jib+s wont charge, the red light will turn on and like an hour later when I check on it the light has gone off. When I unplug it and test it the blue light will turn on for a second before turning red signalling it needs to be charged. Is there a way to fix this?
