when i turn on my laptop my screen turns white ,but i can still hear it running and when i hooked it up to an external monitor and i can see on the monitor but not on my laptop screen. what is the problem? should i get a new screen?
tariq, first make sure that all cables are properly connected. If they are, replace the display.
i have same problem but different model hp probook 6460b
