Chosen Solution
I had to run out so I click on " Shot Down" and that is when it started to update.I shot it down anyway. 30 mn later I turn it back on but at start up it stays blank or grey. Lenovo t410
hie See if the connections of the screen to the other parts of the laptop are connected properly. Make sure the cables have no faults too. I hope this helps
