okay so i’ve has this phone for about 2 months. never used it. it was sitting. it worked before it sat. now when i cut it on it’s a black/dark blue ( only back light) that comes on. but the phone complete comes on. i can switch the silent to vibrate and it vibrates. i can hookcit up to itunes and it says welcome to your new iphone would you like to set up a new one or restore from a back up. but yet i can see anything on the screen. brand new screen. i also have 3 other new screens i’ve tried. also tried 3 new batteries with it. any ideas
Try shining a flashlight on the screen and switch the screen on with the power / home button. See if you can see any dim image display. If you can see an image but very dim that indicates that the backlight circuit needs to be diagnosed and repaired. A reputable local repair store that does micro-soldering will be able to fix this for you.
