when I push my eject button it beeps but if I try to put in a game it won’t take it there is nothing with the rollers I think it might have to do with the 4 pin power cable or the some ribbon cable I think when my ps4 is off and then I try to put in a game it does turn on I can try to push it in with the manual screw but it does nothing i am not sure what it could be I can push the disc in a bit and then I pushed the eject button the disc just stayed there I did not hear anything when I did that
Hi! Is there are a reason why you think it’s the power cable? Did you opened the PS4 before? It could be multiple components in the drive, even the PCB it self. More explained about the drive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWeWXytb… Could you run tests with another drive? If yes, do not forget to transfer the old PCB to it (also a good test), otherwise you won’t be able to run games.
