My PS4 Pro is now randomly losing its internet connection and then freezes up on screen as well as my controllers. I then have to do a hard reset and reconnect, but then the whole process has started repeating itself. Any idea what may be causing the problem?
If the console is more than a year old check if the antenna connectors have become loose or unplugged, try reseating them and see how that goes. Did it happen after being opened by any chance?
